Features & Applications

The WL-125 is a shear beam load cell available in either stainless steel or alloy steel construction, designed for capacities ranging from 0.1t (100kg) up to 10t. This shear beam load cell is optimized for parallel connection, making it ideal for ultrathin electronic truck scales, single-track crane scales, hopper scales, and weighing modules for tank scales, batching scales, and other industrial weighing systems. Different cable lengths and material options are available.

This shear beam load cell delivers a combined error of ≤±0.02%F.S., non-linearity of ≤±0.02%F.S., and repeatability of ≤±0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.005mV/V or 3.0±0.005mV/V depending on model, zero balance is ±1.00%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 10~15 VDC, this sensor provides highly accurate and repeatable measurements for heavy-duty industrial applications.

The WL-125 offers IP67 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within -20°C to 60°C. Standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 3000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The dual material option (alloy steel or stainless steel) allows users to select the appropriate corrosion resistance and strength for their environment.
