Features & Applications

The WL-122 is a bending beam load cell manufactured from stainless steel, designed for capacities ranging from 50kg to 1000kg with a maximum platform size of 800×1000mm. This bending beam load cell features compensated off-center load error, making it suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other special fields, as well as belt scales, platform scales, and other electrical weighing devices. Different cable lengths and other options are available.

This bending beam load cell delivers a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.002mV/V, zero balance is ≤1%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor provides stable and repeatable measurements for demanding industrial environments.

The WL-122 offers IP67 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 65°C. Nominal displacement is less than 0.2mm, ensuring minimal mechanical deflection. Standard cable is Φ6.3mm × 2500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability for washdown environments.
