Features & Applications

The WL-122 is a bending beam load cell constructed from stainless steel, covering a capacity range from 50kg to 1000kg with a maximum platform size of 800×1000mm. This bending beam load cell features compensated off-center load error, ensuring accurate measurements even when loads are not perfectly centered. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other special fields, as well as belt scales, platform scales, and electrical weighing devices. Custom cable lengths and other options are available.

This bending beam load cell provides a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.002mV/V, zero balance is ≤1%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor ensures stable and repeatable measurements across a wide range of industrial conditions.

The WL-122 offers IP67 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 65°C. Nominal displacement is less than 0.2mm, providing extremely low deflection for high-precision applications. Standard cable is Φ6.3mm × 2500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for frequent washdown and harsh environments.
