Features & Applications

The WL-121 is a bending beam load cell manufactured from stainless steel, designed for capacities ranging from 50kg to 1000kg with a maximum platform size of 800×1000mm. This bending beam load cell features compensated off-center load error, making it suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other special fields, as well as belt scales, platform scales, and other electrical weighing devices. Different cable lengths and other options are available.

This bending beam load cell delivers a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.002mV/V, zero balance is ≤1%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor provides stable and repeatable measurements for demanding industrial environments.

The WL-121 offers IP67 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 65°C. Nominal displacement varies by capacity: ≤250kg models have <0.4mm displacement, while 500~2000kg models have 1.4~1.5mm displacement. Standard cable is Φ6.3mm × 2500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability for washdown environments.

Shipping & Packaging 

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid any delays or problems.
