The WL-117 is a single point load cell constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, covering a wide capacity range from 50kg up to 500kg. This single point load cell supports optional C3 or C4 precision grades and features excellent rated output consistency, allowing multiple units to be used in parallel for larger weighing platforms. Cable lengths and other options can be customized to meet specific installation needs.

This single point load cell achieves a combined error of 0.015%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.015%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor provides stable and repeatable measurements for medium to high capacity applications.

The WL-117 offers IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C, with nominal displacement of 0.6~0.9mm depending on applied load. Standard cable is Φ5mm × 3000mm, and custom lengths can be ordered. Safe overload is 150%F.S., ensuring reliable performance under occasional overload events.
