Cable length and other options can be customized to meet specific installation requirements.
This single point load cell achieves a combined error of ≤±0.017%F.S., non-linearity of ≤±0.017%F.S., and repeatability of ≤±0.017%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance is ±0.02mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 10~15 VDC, this sensor ensures stable and repeatable measurements for high-capacity dynamic weighing operations in demanding environments.
The WL-120 offers IP66 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within -10°C to 40°C, and nominal displacement ranges from 0.3mm to 0.5mm depending on applied load. Standard cable is Φ5mm × 2000mm, and custom lengths can be ordered. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the robust aluminum alloy construction provides long-term reliability under heavy-duty industrial conditions.

Load Cell Packaging & Shipping Standards
To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:
1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4. Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
