The WL-111 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 2kg to 50kg. This single point load cell features high precision, small dimensions, and easy installation, making it suitable for a wide range of small package weighing applications. Different cable lengths and other options are available upon request.

This single point load cell delivers a combined error of 0.02%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.02%F.S. Rated output is 1.8±10%mV/V, zero balance is ±0.02mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor provides stable and repeatable measurements for precision weighing tasks.

The WL-111 offers IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. Nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm, ensuring minimal mechanical deflection. Standard cable is Φ4mm × 350mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the aluminum alloy construction ensures lightweight durability.
