Product Description

The WL-114 is a single point load cell constructed from aluminum alloy, offering capacities from 3kg to 30kg. This single point load cell is available with optional C3 or C4 precision classes and features excellent rated output consistency, enabling multiple units to operate in parallel. Typical applications include batching, filling, and quality control for micro‑dispensing, medicine, cosmetics, and food packaging.


This single point load cell achieves a combined error of 0.01%F.S., non‑linearity of 0.015%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S. Its rated output is 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance ±2%mV/V, and insulation resistance ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. The optional C3/C4 certification makes this single point load cell suitable for legal‑for‑trade and high‑accuracy industrial systems.


The WL-114 single point load cell provides IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates from -20°C to 60°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.5mm, reducing mechanical errors. Standard cable is Φ4mm × 2000mm, and custom lengths are available. This single point load cell accepts 5~15 VDC excitation and withstands 150% safe overload.
