The WL-114 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, available in capacities from 3kg up to 30kg. This single point load cell features high precision with optional C3 or C4 accuracy classes, and offers good consistency of rated output, allowing multiple units to be used in parallel. It is suitable for batching, filling, and quality control in micro‑dispensing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food packaging applications.

With a combined error of 0.01%F.S., non‑linearity of 0.015%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S., this single point load cell delivers excellent measurement accuracy. Rated output is 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance is ±2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Optional C3/C4 precision grades further enhance the suitability of this single point load cell for demanding industrial environments.

The WL-114 single point load cell comes standard with IP65 protection, customizable to higher ratings. It operates within -20°C to 60°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.5mm, minimizing mechanical influence. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 2000mm, with custom lengths available. This single point load cell accepts an excitation voltage of 5~15 VDC and has a safe overload of 150%F.S.

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.
