Features & Applications


  • The WLSM-133 is a high accuracy load cell weighing module constructed from aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 5kg to 150kg. This weighing module supports dynamic weighing tasks and features integrated overload protection. With good consistency of rated output, multiple units can be used in parallel. It is mainly used for weighing and metering in the food, packaging, and chemical industries, as well as in trade and agriculture, and is also suitable for production systems such as intelligent warehousing, belt scales, and canning. Custom cable lengths and other options are available.

    This weighing module delivers a combined error of ≤0.01%F.S., non-linearity of ≤0.017%F.S., and repeatability of ≤0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 2~15 VDC, this module provides stable and repeatable measurements for both static and dynamic weighing tasks.

    The WLSM-133 offers IP66 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C. Nominal displacement is ≤0.2mm, ensuring minimal mechanical deflection. Standard cable is Φ5mm × 4000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the integrated overload protection prevents damage from accidental load spikes. The aluminum alloy construction ensures lightweight durability.

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping


To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.
