The WLSM-131 is a high accuracy load cell weighing module constructed from aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 200g to 5kg. This weighing module features integrated overload protection and achieves mg level precision, making it the best choice for micro-volume high-precision weighing. It is mainly used for batching, filling, and production quality control in micro-dispensing metering, medicine, cosmetics, food packaging, and other small package applications. Custom cable lengths and other options are available.

This weighing module delivers a combined error of ≤0.01%F.S., non-linearity of ≤0.01%F.S., and repeatability of ≤0.01%F.S. Rated output is ~2.0mV/V, zero balance is ±0.05mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 2~12 VDC, this module provides stable and repeatable measurements for ultra-precision weighing tasks.

The WLSM-131 offers IP54 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm, ensuring minimal mechanical deflection. Standard cable is Φ3.2mm × 4000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the integrated overload protection prevents damage from accidental load spikes. The aluminum alloy construction ensures lightweight durability.

Packing and Shipping:

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping


To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
